SmallHD_OS_V1.3.2 Change log/Know Issues

Changes:

1. Doubled  the adjustment increments for Contrast, Brightness, Hue and Saturation. (Not for RGB)

Firmware Update V 2.0 is on the way and will include better color calibration as well.
